| Why are your packages so cheap? |
The Resort Developer is generously subsidizing this specially priced promotion with the intention of enlightening travelers about the benefits of their exclusive vacation ownership program. The resort sales presentation, which is designed to be fun and informative, generally includes a meal, tour of resort properties and amenities, information on the use of a vacation ownership share, and a question/answer period.

| Are there any additional or hidden costs? |
| With most of our packages even parking and taxes are INCLUDED in the price, however some resorts and countries may require that some fees be paid directly to them. If anything extra is required of you, we have done our best to inform you on the package's "Details of Participation" page. |

| I'm travelling without my spouse, can I get a vacation packages for the kids and I? |
| Although some resorts may allow you to tour once you arrive, it is our policy to reserve rooms for only couples. Married couples or couples living together must arrive at the resort together and attend the presentation together. |

| Are additional rooms available at a discounted rate? |
| Additional rooms may be available at a discounted rate. This can easily be arranged by contacting us at (855) 238-8687 or emailing us via reservations@bukatour.com. |

| What is a lock-off unit? |
| Lock-off units may be divided into two or more smaller units. For example, a two bedroom lock-off may be divided into a one bedroom and a studio, or some other configuration which the particular resort will provide. Usually one of the units is used to exchange - giving you the ability to vacation an additional week each year. Remember that you will no longer have the use of your large unit, but it will be in two or more smaller units. |

| How do I get directions to the resort? |
| Maps and directions to the resort will be provided in your email confirmation if available. You may also call us to request a fax or additional email. |

| My spouse is under 25, but I'm older. Can we still travel with you? |
| Yes. You may travel as long as you meet all additional requirements for the package you have selected. |

| Is there a Shuttle from the Airport to the Resort? |
Most resorts do not offer a shuttle, however many of our International destinations offer this service. Please call to inquire about a specific resort's offerings.

| When do I pay for my vacation package? |
| bukatour.com collects payment upon making your reservation. If any additional charges are required (taxes, fees) you will be required to pay them directly to the hotel upon arrival or to the management company in charge. Please see the "Details of Participation" page for the package you have selected to learn more about a specific vacation package. |

| What is the cancellation policy? |
| Please click on Terms and Conditions to view the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy can also be found in your confirmation that is emailed to you after making a reservation. |

| How long is the presentation we will attend? |
The presentation lasts an average of 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the level of your interest.
And remember, there is absolutely NO obligation to buy; the only requirement is that you are a qualified participant and that you attend the presentation. Our goal is to impress you enough that if you decide not to take advantage of our offers, you will recommend your closest friends and family! |

| What exactly IS timeshare? |
Timeshare is a form of vacation ownership. You own the right (either directly or through a "points club") to use a week (or longer) in an apartment or villa on a vacation resort for a great many years or in perpetuity.
Over six million families own timeshare worldwide - the majority well satisfied with their ownership.
Timeshare accommodation is generally of a much higher standard than hotel or rented accommodation. And most resorts have extensive leisure facilities (almost always free to use). All timeshare is self catering.
Accommodation ranges from a modest studio (a single bedroom) to apartments and villas with three and four bedroom and bathrooms, lounge, dining etc. with appointments of an exceptionally high standard.

| What happens if we miss the presentation or aren't truthful about our qualifications? |
| If you choose to "skip" your presentation or are disqualified due to conflicting information given to us, you will be charged the hotel's "rack" rate for the nights you stayed. Please see our Terms and Conditions for specific details. If you are honest about your details and attend the presentation, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Your Satisfaction is our top priority. |
